Our BIN number is 019876. If you would like to install our BIN so you can process claims from Hippo please contact your software service provider who can assist you with the BIN installation. Once our BIN is installed you can process our orders like any other claim.
To adjudicate a claim, you need to enter the Hippo member ID, located on the Hippo savings card, and our BIN number. PCN and Group are not required.
